Wonderful staff!! However, there are some things we would have liked.......there was no pen or paper in the room. There was no housekeeping unless you asked for it (we stayed 6 days) I'm not a coffee drinker, tea being offered would have been great. Very comfortable beds, the suite was great! A guest information book in each room would be very appreciated. Didn't know we had to ask for housekeeping etc. Hours of breakfast, what channels available on the tv. Parking is great. Again, the staff was wonderful!
Amazing service the staff went out of their way to make sure we were taken care of. Beautiful hotel new & the indoor pool was soooo nice and well kept. The house keeping done a great job. Check in was quick and easy. After a long drive that means a lot.
This hotel just opened 10 days ago! Brand new construction so it’s understandable that the kinks are still being worked out. Everything is bright and smells NEW! I suppose it’s a personal preference but I appreciate the fact that the full breakfast is not open yet and a hundred different hands haven’t touched my food or it hasn’t been sneezed or coughed on. Grab n go bags with options to fill more if wanted. Muffins, kind bars, orange or apple, small water bottle and a juice option as well. The pool is not open yet but again, is that a bad thing right now? Staff were friendly and accommodating. All it took was a phone call before booking the room to ask is your pool open or what breakfast options do you have right now, to find out so we weren’t surprised when we arrived and those things were modified because of the virus. We would recommend to anyone needing a clean, fresh bed for the night. It’s obviously not a resort so of course you would need to find your fun in and around town. MAJOR PLUS...just a mile or 2 on the other side of the interstate from the newer sports complex. Closest hotel for sure!
We stated one night on our way to Fort Smith Arkansas. I was pleasantly surprised by the cleanliness of the hotel. We were told it was recently remodeled. It was perfect on and off the freeway. My only disappointment was staying with several club traveling teen girl baseball and basketball teams. I'm not sure if I was more disappointed with parents or hotel. The girls were quite loud late into the night. In the AM, a mother was doing her daughters hair in the breakfast area. All in all a nice place. Maybe hotel could ask guests if they are with traveling teams. If not, put guests in rooms away from the young folks.
Very clean, nice exercise area the size of the rooms are great and quite but the afternoon staff is very rude. After telling me the rules (especially about wearing shoes in the common areas) she told my wife again. Then while we were swimming, she came in and asked us again if we had shoes!!! I told her to begin with that we always wear shoes because it is nasty to go barefoot. I’ve never had some one come into the pool area where I was just to make sure I have shoes. Wow! We would smile and say hello but no answer back, nasty attitude when we needed something. Great place bad services
